New hardware!

Since I occasionally play computer games, having to upgrade your computer hardware is needed once in a while.. And with all the upcomming titles (Battlefield 3, Star Wars The Old Republic, Diablo III aso..) it was about time to upgrade my now approx 4 year old hardware with some new pieces!

Part Name
CPU Intel Core2Quad 2.4ghz (Q6600)
RAM 7.5 GB Corsair (8GB, but some trashed..)
GFX ASUS nVidia GeForce 8800 GT
HDD 2x 320gb SATA II HDD in RAID0
Add. Storage 3x 1TB SATA II HDD

So, from a gamers perspective it was about time!

Part Name
CPU Intel Core i7 2600k, quad core running at 3.4ghz
RAM 16gb Corsair Vengeance
GFX ASUS nVidia GeForce GTX 570
HDD 3x 300gb SATA II in RAID0
Add. Storage 3x 1TB SATA II HDD

This is indeed quite an upgrade! So far I have run Mafia II and World of Warcraft on MAXIMUM settings, without any lag.The new Battlefield 3 beta, everything is on max settings, besides Anti Aliasing. and it runs smooth!
